1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders over $75.
3. Damages
Homifya Goods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, but do reach out to our support team so we can assist you in the process.
